- Successful resolutions for obstacles we faced last week.
- Team action highlights worth communicating to senior leadership.
- Tests and experiments.
- What tests are you launching?
- Your test hypothesis.
- Status and updates of live tests and experiments – trends, insights, preliminaries.
- What was the test outcome? Did hypothesis hold true?
- Projects.
- Things you or your teams are doing to enable or improve something.
- Team news/updates/issues.
- How is your team doing in terms of moral, work load, sufficient degree of communication.
- Team training and up-skilling.
- Individual team member recognition.
- New team members/parting team members.
- Challenges or blockers.
- What limiting factors we need to be cognizant of.
- Breakdown/simplify the challenge or blocker.
- Resolution and workaround ideas.
- Upcoming priorities.
- What is on your short term (1-3 weeks) priorities list?
- Could be anything from any of the above (1-6) points.
- What are the key initiatives or actions you will be focusing your effort on in the next 1-3 weeks?
- Who should we thank?
- Actively give thanks, recognition and respect to anyone who helps/helped your team move an initiative or action forward.
- What can I help you with?
- What are the opportunities for the team leader to provide guidance, support, or land a pair of hands to move an initiative forward or resolve a problem?
